Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Manager for a large Commercial Painting Contractor in West Georgia. They have around 150 employees with four offices. Our HR Manager will be the point of contact for employees, they manage payroll and assist with talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

The Role:
  • Recruiting and Onboarding new hires
  • Conducting performance management and provide feedback
  • Managing Payroll and benefits for employees
  • Working with Senior Managers in embracing the Culture of the company

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years' experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
  • SHRM certification
  • Experience in talent acquisition
  • A person that is extremely approachable and passionate about providing great internal customer service
  • Must love people and be willing to go above and beyond to create a winning culture
