What You’ll Do:
  • Coordinate day-to-day field activities across active project sites.
  • Work directly with field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
  • Support planning, scheduling, procurement, and project documentation.
  • Serve as a professional client-facing representative on job sites.
  • Review drawings, specs, and mechanical system installation requirements.
  • Attend weekly in-office meetings.




Who We’re Looking For:
  • 0–7 years of experience in mechanical construction or related fields.
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
  • Open to fresh graduates or junior-level PM/Assistant PM candidates.
  • Familiarity with HVAC/mechanical systems.
  • Procore experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
  • Adaptable, solution-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with field teams.
  • IT-comfortable candidates highly valued




Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: $100,000–$150,000 (DOE)
  • Car Allowance: ~$9,000/year
  • Gas Card: ~$7,000/year
  • Phone Stipend: $40/month
