What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate day-to-day field activities across active project sites.
- Work directly with field crews, subcontractors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.
- Support planning, scheduling, procurement, and project documentation.
- Serve as a professional client-facing representative on job sites.
- Review drawings, specs, and mechanical system installation requirements.
- Attend weekly in-office meetings.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 0–7 years of experience in mechanical construction or related fields.
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
- Open to fresh graduates or junior-level PM/Assistant PM candidates.
- Familiarity with HVAC/mechanical systems.
- Procore experience is a strong plus.
- Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
- Adaptable, solution-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with field teams.
- IT-comfortable candidates highly valued
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000–$150,000 (DOE)
- Car Allowance: ~$9,000/year
- Gas Card: ~$7,000/year
- Phone Stipend: $40/month
