Project Manager – Ground-Up Healthcare & K-12 Construction

Ralin is seeking a Project Manager to lead ground-up healthcare and K-12 projects across the Metro Atlanta area. This is a high-visibility role for someone who can drive execution, manage teams, and deliver projects with precision.
The Opportunity
- Lead ground-up healthcare and K-12 construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage multiple projects across the Metro Atlanta market
- Take ownership of project performance, schedules, and financial outcomes
- Work closely with leadership on execution strategy and team development
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of construction from preconstruction through final completion
- Oversee buyout, subcontractor selection, and contract execution
- Ensure all permitting, licensing, bonding, and insurance requirements are in place prior to project start
- Develop and maintain project schedules, logistics plans, and phasing strategies
- Oversee budgeting, cost control, and profit forecasting
- Manage change orders, billing, and subcontractor payments
- Drive QA/QC standards and enforce safety compliance on all projects
- Lead project meetings and maintain clear communication with owners, architects, and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure schedule, quality, and safety expectations are met
- Maintain project documentation and reporting within project management systems
- Lead and mentor project teams, including junior staff
- Resolve conflicts and make critical decisions during construction
What They’re Looking For
- Experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects
- Background in healthcare and/or K-12 construction preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, and financial management
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects on time and within budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
- OSHA 30 certification
- NPDES Level 1A preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification
Location
- Based in Carrollton, GA
- Projects throughout Metro Atlanta
