Due to expansion plans we are seeking a Sales Estimator for Renovations General Contractor in Raleigh, NC. . We are seeking candidates who are coming from restoration, multi-family renovation or the insurance sectors. Much of the work that they do is restoration focused. We are seeking an estimator who understands how to quote total job. Insurance backgrounds or HOA focused are encouraged to apply.
Most of the work is bidding existing structures that need repair and care. The estimator will work with property management companies in the Carolinas. For example, they rebuild fences, roofs and property maintance for multi-family. They manage all aspects of skilled labor and crews. This role involves maintaining the relationships with the clients and bringing in new projects for renovations of: roofs, decks, flatwork, irrigation. They have an in-house construction team and several subcontractors.
Company Culture:
Our client is a family owned business in construction. They represent yourselves in a professional manner. This are a small team works closely together and have access to the owner. There is a military cohesion and they believe in the no man left behind philosophy. Our client is elevated, well spoken while also being hands on.
Work day is from 7:45AM -5:30PM and some weekends
The Estimator will be charged with completing 25-30 estimates weekly, after success has been demonstrated, there is the possibility for more upward mobility. We are seeking candidates with a wonderful personality and knows how to tune into the client, as well as estimators with a solid understanding of construction knowledge and a keen ability to estimate without plans. Spanish abilities is always a plus.
The role involves: Going into the property management team and meeting with a team of property managers, taking them out to lunch and nurturing relationship, as well as meeting the onsite maintance teams.
Software: generic software, excel, service fusion, Gmail suite, sales force
We are seeking a sales estimator who will be able to nurture a book of business into a wider sector.
