Salary Range: Base $75,000–$100,000 | Total Potential: $150,000–$200,000+

The Opportunity:
Our client is a regional leader in mechanical and plumbing construction, and they're adding a Sales Engineer to help drive revenue in their growing retrofit and design-build division. This is a solution-oriented role focused on identifying and closing HVAC and mechanical upgrade projects for industrial, healthcare, and manufacturing clients.
If you’re someone who understands building systems and can speak the language of engineers, facility directors, and project managers—this is your lane. You'll be working within a 100-mile radius of Carrollton and will have access to technical teams to support project development.
What We’re Seeking:
· Strong knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing systems
· Proven experience in solution selling or engineering-based sales
· Ability to build rapport with industrial, healthcare, or manufacturing clients
· Self-motivated, confident communicator with a strategic mindset
· Within 1–2 hours of Carrollton, GA and willing to be in the office weekly
· Bonus if you’ve worked with retrofit or energy efficiency solutions
The Offer:
· Base salary between $75K and $100K
· Total earning potential of $150K–$200K+ through commissions and incentives
· Car allowance + gas card
