We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and elevate a portfolio of high-end residential projects in and around Aspen. The role requires both technical command and emotional intelligence, someone equally comfortable managing complex budgets and inspiring skilled craftsmen.
Location & Relocation
- The position is based in Aspen, Colorado.
- Relocation support is fully provided for candidates willing to move.
- Projects are set in mountainous terrain, demanding an understanding of unique site logistics, weather conditions, and topographical constraints.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end execution of multi-million-dollar luxury residential and estate projects.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination.
- Manage site logistics and access for mountain conditions (slope, elevation, snow management).
- Provide leadership across all phases — from design collaboration through close-out.
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to exacting quality standards.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, architects, and trade partners.
- Mentor project teams and uphold the firm’s values of safety, excellence, and integrity.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of experience in commercial or high-end residential construction.
- Proven success delivering custom or luxury home builds — ideally in mountain or resort settings.
- Skilled in budget forecasting, cost control, and value engineering.
- Confident communicator and natural leader — able to command respect in the field and in the boardroom.
- Deep understanding of contracts, subcontracts, schedules, and site safety.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $170,000 – $200,000 (DOE)
- Bonus: Performance-based, tied to company and project success
- Benefits: Full comprehensive package
- Relocation: Fully supported for the right candidate
