We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent
Oxford, Alabama Area | Industrial & Commercial Projects

With a solid backlog of projects and long-term client relationships, the company is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead field operations and help deliver successful projects across the region.This is a field leadership role for a superintendent who takes pride in running organized job sites, building strong subcontractor relationships, and delivering projects safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily field operations on commercial and industrial projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
- Maintain safety standards and job site organization
- Review drawings and ensure quality field execution
- Communicate with project managers and leadership
- Support project planning and scheduling
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced commercial or industrial construction superintendent
- Strong field leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades and active job sites
- Organized, reliable, and solutions-oriented
- Willingness to travel to project locations as needed
Because the company performs government and institutional work, candidates must have:
- Clean background
- Clean MVR
Compensation & Benefits
- $30–$45 per hour with overtime
- work 3-weeks in field and 1-weekend home
- Performance bonus (awarded annually)
