Our client is seeking experienced construction site superintendents and assistant superintendents to oversee $5M to $100M size all types of industrial construction. Hands-on candidates, who take full control of field operations, manage construction schedules, build positive relationships with building owners and design professionals, coordinate subcontractors, and complete all projects on time are examples of key essentials for the position qualification. Candidates must be proficient with computers and construction-related software. English, Spanish, and Korean bilingual preferred. Current locations are Bowling Green, KY.
Position Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in managing multi-million-dollar industrial projects.
· A minimum of a high school diploma or higher education in a construction-related subject is preferred.
· Minimum of OSHA10, CPR, and OSHA 30 preferred
· Multi-lingual with fluency in English Spanish and Korean preferred
· Candidates must abide by drug-free workplace policy and are subject to testing.
· Must be able to travel when required.

Job Description
Our client is seeking experienced construction site superintendents and assistant superintendents to oversee $5M to $100M size all types of industrial construction. Position Responsibilities:
- Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors in the critical path to ensure timely completion.
- Perform QC duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed.
- Communicate with the project team regarding ASI’s, RFI’s, and Material Submittals.
- Ensure that the subcontractor fully executes and complies with his contracted scope of work.
- Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions.
- Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to the project team for resolution.
- Maintain a daily log (written) of activities on the job site.
- Ensure the subcontractor has corrected all deficiencies identified by the project team.
- Walk all units on the project daily to monitor activities and assist in future planning.
- Participate in weekly PM/GC/subcontractor meetings designed to coordinate the work.
- Issue notices of non-compliance to subcontractors regarding quality of work or scheduling.
- Ensure that the job site is always kept clean and organized.
- Perform job progress and completion punch list identification and completion.
- Gather project material submittals & maintain approval records at the job site.
- Identify areas of work issues that are within the subcontracted scope.
